Community Living Fund

Families, caregivers or organizations that represent individuals with DD may apply for a grant on their behalf through the Community Living Fund program. Upon meeting application qualifications, a Community Living Fund grant will fund basic living necessities that improve the everyday life of people with DD. Examples of needed items are:

• Ramps or other home mobility devices 
• Basic home furnishings and household needs such as beds, linens and pots and pans
